Sublimation Printing

Sublimation enables all-over printing directly into the fibers of polyester textiles. The colors become part of the material - they never fade or peel.

How sublimation works

A special ink turns from a solid directly into a gas under heat and pressure (sublimates) and penetrates the polyester fibers, where it bonds. The result: a print that becomes a literal part of the fabric, not just applied to the surface.

Sublimation only works on white or light-colored polyester (at least 80% polyester content). It's ideal for sports jerseys, jackets, promotional flags, and all-over graphic designs.
