One of the most common worries with any print order is simple: will it actually look like what I approved? Here’s exactly what happens between placing an order and production starting.

1
You configure and upload Pick your product, quantity, and upload your logo or design file directly in the configurator.
2
We check the file Every file is reviewed for resolution and print-readiness before anything moves forward. If something won't print well, we flag it here, not after production.
3
You get a digital proof A visual mockup showing your design on the actual product, at the actual size and placement, sent for your approval.
4
Production starts only after approval Nothing gets printed until you've confirmed the proof looks right.
Every order goes through the same four steps before a single piece gets printed.

Why we don’t skip the proof step

It’s tempting to speed things up by going straight from upload to production, but a proof catches the small things that are easy to miss on a raw file: a logo that’s slightly off-center, a color that reads differently once placed on the actual product color, or a size that’s too small or too large for the print area. Catching that before production means no reprint, no wasted material, and no delay from redoing an order after the fact.

What we need from you

The only thing that can slow this process down is an unclear brief, things like which exact placement you want (left chest vs. full back) or a specific brand color you need matched. Mentioning those details when you place the order means fewer rounds of back-and-forth before you approve the proof.

If you want to double check sizing or logo placement before you order, our logo preparation guide covers what makes a file print-ready in the first place.
